Buhari's Final argument at the supreme court

Following the conduct of the Presidential election on 21st
April, 2007 by the 1st and 2nd Respondents and the
declaration of the 4th Respondent as the winner on 23rd
April, 2007 the Appellant, together with his Vice-Presidential candidate Chief
Edwin Umezoke, filed a petition against the said declaration of 4th
Respondent herein (5th Respondent in the petition)
and his Vice-Presidential candidate, the 5th Respondent herein (6th
Respondent in the petition). The petition was filed in the Court of Appeal
Abuja on 22nd May, 2007. The 1st and 2nd
Respondents were duly served the petition on 28th
May, 2007, but did not file any reply until 10th
September, 2007. This was after a contested enlargement of time granted by
the Court below

National Security and Intelligence, Honourable Umar Farouk, has indicated the
